What am I ordering?
Choose 23-RB, 26-F, 20-M, 22-F, 01-F, 26-M, 23-AM or 25-Mc, as shown in the product photos. Choose 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 with the preset options, or use the quantity selector for 1–10 figurines. For bundles, choose a style for every figurine or use Even Mix to fill the bundle quickly. Any combination of the available styles qualifies for the same quantity offer. Figurines receive 5% off at 2+, 10% off at 3+, 15% off at 5+ and 20% off at 10+. The best qualifying tier applies automatically in the cart and at checkout; add-ons are excluded.
When will my preorder arrive?
Custom preorder shipping and delivery take 4–6 weeks from purchase. This includes custom manufacture and transit. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free to the destinations available at checkout. Optional paid Shipping Protection is a separate service for lost or damaged parcels; it is not required for free shipping or the included 30-day return period.
How do the optional extras work?
Shipping Protection and Priority Processing start selected. Mystery Gift is opt-in. Turn each extra on or off independently before adding to cart. Each selected extra is charged once per order, not once per figurine. The total includes all selected extras.
Does Priority Processing mean faster delivery?
No. Priority Processing affects handling only. It does not shorten or guarantee the 4–6-week shipping and delivery window, custom manufacture or carrier transit.
What is in the Mystery Gift?
It is a surprise item. Contents are not specified; no particular item or branded packaging is promised.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
