30-day returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days from delivery. Email hello@miniracenthusiast.shop with your order number to start your return.

How to return your order

We will provide the return address and instructions. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back so we can match the return to your order. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return postage.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Defective-item replacements are merchant-paid, including replacement shipping; we will arrange the replacement with you. Your applicable statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your order, contact us first so we can discuss the available options and return instructions.

European Union cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, as provided by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will notify you. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, contact hello@miniracenthusiast.shop.
